HOW IT WORKS

  1. Find the correct post on @albacourtresidences Facebook page.
  2. Ask your friend or loved one if they are ok with you entering them to win this giveaway.
  3. Comment on the post and tag a local caregiver you know. The caregiver should live within driving distance of New Smyrna Beach, FL. The prize will be filled with local gift cards and more. There will be no cash alternative.
  4. In the comment, include a nice comment about how this person puts others before themselves.

  1. PROMOTION TIMING. The Giveaway (the “Promotion”) begins at 12:01 a.m. U.S. ET on November 16 through 11:59 p.m. U.S. ET November 29, 2020 (the “Promotion Period”).
  1. ELIGIBILITY. The promotion is open to individuals who live in Central Florida. Individuals residing in Quebec, Canada are not eligible due to local laws governing such contests. This promotion is subject to all federal, state and local laws and is void where prohibited by law.
  1. HOW TO ENTER. To enter this Promotion during the Promotion Period:
    Finding the correct post on @albacourtresidences Facebook page. Ask your friend or loved one if they are ok with you entering them to win this giveaway. Commenting and tagging a local caregiver you know. Say something nice about them and how they are appreciated for what they do.

      Limit one comment per caregiver during the Promotion Period, regardless of the means of entry. Additional entries will be disqualified. Alba Court Residences & Trilogy Home Healthcare is not responsible for lost, misdirected, erroneous, or incomplete entries.

  1. AUTHORIZATION. By submitting your friend’s name and saying they are a local caregiver who deserves this prize, each contestant authorizes the use, without additional compensation, of his or her photo, name and/or likeness and/or voice and municipality of residence for promotion and/or advertising purposes in any manner and in any medium (including without limitation, radio broadcasts, newspaper, and other publications and in television or film releases, slides, videotape, distribution over the internet and picture data storage) as well as any which Alba Court Residences & Trilogy Home Healthcare may deem appropriate.
  2. SELECTION OF WINNERS. On or about November 30, 2020, one (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received prior to midnight U.S. ET on November 29, 2020. The first local name drawn will receive the gift basket. The odds of winning will be determined by the number of eligible entries received.
  3. NOTIFICATION OF WINNERS & PRIZES. Each winner will be initially contacted via their email address or social media profile where they entered and will need to schedule a time to pick it up. The winners’ prize consists of a Copper Pedicure ($45 value) from the Med Spa, a $25 Gift Card to Corkscrew, Pampering Goodies, soaps, candle, Med Spa swag and more. The prizes may be subject to taxes, which are the sole responsibility of each winner.

      Each prize is nontransferable and nonrefundable and must be accepted as awarded. The prize may be subject to taxes, which are the sole responsibility of each winner. No cash substitution, assignment, redemption for cash, or transfer of prize by winner is permitted; however, Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to substitute any prize described herein, or any portion thereof, with an alternative of equal or greater value.

Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of this Promotion, violates the Official Rules, acts in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner or acts with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person, or who Sponsor suspects has engaged in any of the foregoing. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, terminate or modify this Promotion for any reason. In such an event, Sponsor will award the prizes from among all eligible entries received prior to cancellation.
  1. RELEASE & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY. By entering the contest, the winner releases Alba Court Residences & Trilogy Home Healthcare and its affiliated companies, directors, officers, employees, and agencies (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from any liability whatsoever, and waive any and all causes of action, claims, costs, injuries, losses or damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with the contest or delivery, misdelivery, acceptance, possession, use or inability to use any prize (including, without limitation, claims, costs, injuries, losses and damages related to personal injuries, death, damage to or destruction of property, rights of publicity or privacy, defamation or portrayal in a false light, whether intentional or unintentional), whether under a theory of contract, tort (including negligence), warranty or other theory, to the extent permitted by law.
  1. DISPUTE RESOLUTION. If there is any conflict between any promotional material and these Official Rules, the provisions of these Official Rules shall prevail. The resolution of any dispute shall be within the Sponsor’s sole discretion. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, your rights, and obligations, or the rights and obligations of Sponsor in connection with this Promotion, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Florida.
